About
I'm a Learning & Development leader who works at the intersection of strategy and execution. I design learning ecosystems — from front-line onboarding to enterprise curriculum architecture — and I'm equally comfortable presenting a learning vision to a C-suite audience and building the Storyline course that delivers it.
My work spans eLearning, instructor-led training, video, performance support, and process design. I've built and led L&D functions, run my own consulting practice, and founded a non-profit — all of which means I understand what it takes to move an organization, not just a learner.
I take an evidence-based approach to design: I start with the performance gap, work backward to the learning need, and build solutions that are as lean as they can be while still getting people where they need to go. The best training is the training that closes a real gap and sticks.
